We have 20 years printing experience in the industry and are dedicated to delivering the best result at each step. We carefully manage all aspects of the printing process from separating artwork, to screen making, to printing.

We operate two TAS automatic carousels that can print up to 14 colours and three hand carousels allowing a fast turn around for any sized print run. When you need urgent re-prints, we have the capacity to have t-shirts ready within 48 hours.
We are able to print up to A2 sized images with multiple colours and have mastered large ink coverage in both our screen and print departments.

Our ink mixing is a digitised system that matches any Pantone colour. We have a dedicated stencil technician in our screen department ensuring all screens are high tension and the correct grade chosen for each job.

We use only the best plastisol and waterbased inks and are able to offer any specialty techniques including metallics, foils, flock and photographic prints. We have developed the ‘Ultrasoft Printing System’ to produce soft feel prints onto dark garments which means even black tees have a light feel when worn.

Following is an overview of the printing techniques

DISCHARGE
Discharge inks remove the garment dye exposing the natural fabric colour in the print area. Pigments can be added to discharge inks to create brilliant colours. Please note: discharge inks will produce unique and inconsistent effects per garment colour and dye lot. Discharge printing is available on 100% cotton garments only.

FULL COLOUR PROCESS and SIMULATED PROCESS
Brilliant, full colour, photorealistic images are achieved with process printing, which works well on both light and dark garments.

HALFTONE
We print halftones up to 85LPI [Lines Per Inch] producing high resolution, photo realistic images using just a couple of colours.

FOIL
Our foil transfer process produces the ultimate shine effect popularized by the fashion retail industry. This effect has certain limitations but can be applied to light and dark garments. It is available in a good range of colours.

METALLICS
Metallic inks create a shimmering effect in gold, silver and copper or colours can be mixed to match the Pantone metallic guide.

FLOCK
Create a vintage felt look with our Flock transfer technique. This effect can be applied to the entire image or selected areas within certain parameters. Flock is available in a wide range of colours.

WATERBASED
Produce the softest print possible with Waterbased inks which is ideal for large print areas on lighter coloured garments.

OVERSIZE
We are capable of printing A2 sized designs covering the majority of the front of a t-shirt.

We can handle any size tour with our tour management team. We are able to cover your tour in any state and in any venue.

Our design department is here to assist if you need help finalising your graphic, or require a new visual direction. The art department use Illustrator and Photoshop for in-house separations. A proof of your design can be emailed to you for approval and a print check can be conducted if necessary.

WEBUYYOUKIDS ..are Sydney based illustrators Biddy Maroney and Sonny Day. We can arrange multi-location deliveries with our local and interstate couriers. We can also arrange international delivery if necessary.

Our standard timeframe to complete a print job is 10-12 days but we are able to meet any deadline or specific date.

Warehousing is easy as we can accommodate any size order in our factory of over 1500sqm.
